At Rising Survivors, we offer a range of trauma-informed, community-centered services to help women rebuild confidence, connection, and purpose. Whether you’re at the beginning of your healing or further along your journey, you’re welcome here.
Art and creativity are powerful tools for healing. Through writing, journaling, painting, storytelling, and poetry, survivors can explore emotions that may be difficult to express in words.
These sessions are not about being “artistic” but about unlocking the voice within, releasing pain, and discovering joy and freedom through self-expression.
Our peer support groups are built on compassion, safety, and understanding. Facilitated by women with both lived and professional experience, these sessions provide a judgment-free space where survivors can share openly, feel truly heard, and receive encouragement.
Trauma affects both the body and the mind. Our somatic and mindset coaching helps survivors reconnect with their bodies, identify where trauma is held, and release it gently through movement and awareness.
Alongside this, mindset coaching supports women in breaking free from limiting beliefs, shifting thought patterns, and building a stronger, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Our workshops and circles are sacred spaces where women come together to learn, share, and heal. These gatherings combine teaching, guided practices, and open discussion, allowing participants to reflect, connect, and grow.
Healing circles, in particular, provide a collective sense of energy and support that empowers women to release pain and embrace new possibilities.
Our programmes are carefully designed to walk survivors through a structured journey of self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment.
Using trauma-informed methods and holistic practices, participants learn to rebuild self-worth, establish healthy boundaries, and step into their personal power. These programmes are more than support—they are a roadmap for transformation.
These gentle movement practices are designed to restore energy, balance, and a sense of safety in the body. Qigong, rooted in ancient wisdom, combines mindful movement, breath, and intention to promote physical and emotional well-being.
Alongside somatic exercises, survivors are guided to release trauma from the body, reconnect with their strength, and experience grounding in the present moment.
